Tal is a real pioneer in the Israeli medical Cannabis industry. Establishing IMC Ltd., one of the first outdoor greenhouses of medical Cannabis in Israel, Tal is an all-in-one expert, and proficient in managing the process of medical Cannabis cultivation in its entirety, including seeding, clone propagation, establishing mother plantation, flowering, harvesting, post-harvest drying, and trimming.

Tal has over 10 years of experience in medical cannabis farm management and has experience in farm establishment and expansion. Tal is a Second-generation farmer. His family is among the core founders of an agricultural Moshav in the Negev.
